David served as the Director of Human Resources for the State Hospital Association for 8+ years.

He introduced numerous programs, Lobbied for Healthcare Legislation at the State (Capital) and Federal (Washington) level, prepared Legislative White Papers, aided in writing Legislation and assisted in producing numerous large scale events with 5,000 + attendees.

David was involved in the creation of the first MICU (Mobile Intensive Care Unit) in America and helped craft Physician's Assistance legislation for Illinois.

  David served as Corporate Director of Human Resources for 7+ years.

He introduced new system-wide, multi-hospital employment rules and regulations, insurance programs, wage and salary administration systems, education programs and public relations policies and procedures.
